I already practice this in my home and my children respond positively towards it. It is very effective and I am able to make any request (take a shower, start your homework, go to bed, etc.) and they do it willingly, right away, no arguments. This method works!
Well done! It is a proven way to encourage kids effectively. And the more you practice doing it, eventually, it will just come out from you naturally. :)
