Hi Liz,
Again I am getting frustrated I am receiving your lessons/exercises but when I attempt to complete them I am refused access and have to log in every time despite having ticked remember me. When I log on I then go to home to access the recommended exercise only to discover its not on the list,then I try to access it again on the email but it tells me to login again.This is very frustrating can it be sorted please.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Normally, the system should automatically update the account every month, but since it did not do that, I've upgraded your account and you should still have access to the next set of lessons.
